Four engine choices are available for the 2018 Charger. The 3.6-liter V-6 engine generates 292 horsepower in the SXT trim and 300 horsepower in the SXT Plus and GT trims. The R/T trims receive a 5.7-liter V-8 that delivers 370 horsepower, while the SRT 392 is fitted with a 6.4-liter V-8 rated at 485 horsepower. Then, there’s the 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 engine that powers the SRT Hellcat with a whopping 707 horsepower. The base V-6 engine achieves the best fuel economy with 19/30 mpg (city/highway), while the V-8 engines are less economical with only 16/25 mpg
Performance
The 2018 Dodge Charger handles well for a sedan of its size. It’s smooth and poised on straight and winding roads, and turns nimbly around corners. Its RWD system ensures a stable ride with minimal body roll. If you want a more athletic Charger, you can get one of the available sports suspension systems for an even smoother ride and better absorption of bumps and road imperfections.
Interior
<p>Similar to other full-size sedans, the 2018 Charger is spacious and comfortable. Its cabin is stylishly designed and features supportive front seats and soft-touch materials to provide better comfort on long trips. With 16.5 cubic feet of trunk space, it offers enough room for a good amount of grocery bags and travel luggage. Also, the rear seats can be folded down to store larger items.<br/><br/>The Charger’s standard tech features include voice recognition, three USB ports, Bluetooth, 7-inch touch screen display, and the Uconnect infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. An upgraded Uconnect system, 8.4-inch display, satellite radio, Harman Kardon 19-speaker audio system, and a sunroof are available as options.<p/>

The 2018 Dodge Charger comes standard with rear parking sensors and a rearview camera.
